Welcome to the Dream Team
Peace is not a destination, but a skill we practice together
The Torch is Ours

If Peace is to be it's up to US!
The Season of Suffering is over; the Season of Building has begun. The pilgrimage has reached its destination. While the monks have returned to their silence and prayers, the light they carried is now in our hands. It is no longer enough to watch the path—it is time to become the path. We are calling on the leaders, dreamers, and doers to carry this torch into every neighborhood and ignite a new era of local unity.
The Opening Statement: A Legacy of Peace
We are building a new reality, and that starts with how we treat the pioneers who are building it. We hire all of our staff because we believe that working for peace is the best and most important job on earth.
The Declaration of Freedom The era of economic slavery is over. We are no longer beholden to the systems of the past; we are free to invent, to coordinate, and to dream a new reality into existence. We are moving beyond the traditional exchange of labor for a paycheck and instead offering a quality of life that transcends the old model of survival.
The Commitment of Time In this movement, we are calling in organizers who have plenty of time to do this mission well. We value your time so much that we ensure you have the room to breathe, to connect, and to focus entirely on the coordination of peace.
Picture this: What would your life look like if, instead of being a slave to the rich and working full-time at something that had nothing to do with building a better, more peaceful neighborhood? What if you could live comfortably and have more time for the people and things you love most? More time with your family, more time in nature, and more time focused on what is truly important to you. When we gather together on purpose for peace, we are stepping into a society of honor and respect for ourselves, not the rich. We are becoming the coordinators for a better economy - a paradigm where peace, freedom, and time are the true measures of wealth.
We begin with a bow of profound gratitude. We owe much to the monks who walked beside us, carrying a torch that awakened the awareness of peace already living within every one of us. Their presence was the spark; our mission is to ensure that flame now becomes a permanent hearth in every neighborhood.
The Invitation to a revised neighborhood, based on peace.
We are holding space for the "Unified Circle"—a circle of peace lovers who are forming new councils based on compassion, loving kindness, and peace. This is the gathering point for visionaries moving into the purposeful, joyful construction of a cooperative future. Like a pack that thrives through mutual support, we are building a revised neighborhood where everyone has a place and a purpose.

Cooperation is the Natural Law:
If they can do it, so can we
The Year of Building
A systematic process

Our foundational curriculum for dismantling toxic culture and building connection.
The season of wandering has passed; the season of rooted construction is here. We are embarking on a one-year mission to transform inspiration into a living, local reality. This isn't a weekend workshop or a fleeting visit—it is a twelve-month commitment to your area’s future. Rolling Peace Seminars provides the universal structure for new trainings where we work side-by-side for the next year to ensure the seeds of cooperation take deep root. Imagine one year from now, your neighbors have followed the systematic plan for peace and have made loving kindness a way of life. Everyone would celebrate the harvest and hold the vision that peace isn't just a memory, but a new permanent foundation.
Activating the Local Spark
We are embracing a new way of being together

This is the moment to step back from the noise of the world and step into the purposeful, transformative work of your own area. Below are the specific roles required to anchor a Rolling Peace Seminar right where you are. If you see your reflection in these roles, we invite you to begin the inquiry process and join the movement.

Spiritual Educators
Guided Mindfulness & Compassion
Job # 1

Today is going to be my Peaceful Day
If you have been waiting for the opportunity to learn how to guide meditation circles, this is your golden opportunity. We invite those ready to gain the knowledge and awareness of these sacred skills under the spiritual guidance of the monks.
This is a chance to carry the torch of the Peace Walk forward, ensuring the spirit and practices of the lineage remain vibrant and true.
As your meditation practice matures, you will gently nurture the initial seminar in your own area and continue to share regular local mindfulness practice groups throughout the year. By staying home and growing with your neighbors, you become the steady foundation and the trusted guide your community is ready to embrace.

Job # 2
The old systems no longer work; the people are taking back the wheel, reclaiming their freedom, and driving toward the peace trainings our world desperately needs.
These bold organizers will recognize themselves in this role and will stand ready to make it happen. Without you, the engine doesn't start and the mission doesn't move.
You are the essential source. Just as the monks were carried by the fierce support of every town they entered, you are the one who ensures this mission has a place to land.
Your Mission:

-
Establish the Base: Secure a sufficient home-base for our mobile sanctuary (RV).

.
This is how valuable you are to the success of this event.
While neighbors are practicing mindfulness, they will also be engaging in dyads, workshops, and experiential exercises. The room won't always be in silent meditation —it will be a laboratory of active cooperation. As the Event Organizer, you are the steward of this space. While you will ensure our primary Class A RV is safely navigated and maintained, you also manage our growing fleet.
As the Rolling Peace Seminars expand, you will oversee the coordination, maintenance, and deployment of additional vehicles, ensuring every mobile sanctuary is mission-ready.
